When my wife and I first met Millie Mederos we were impressed by how friendly and welcoming she was with us. At that point we didn’t have anyone representing us in our search for a home. We felt like we where missing out on homes that didn’t have Open Houses. We needed someone to guide us through the home buying process. After meeting her we decided she would be the one to help us. We had met plenty of other Real Estate agents but none that we felt comfortable enough to sign with to represent us. Our journey with Millie began in September 2016. She spent every weekend with us looking at homes. In May 2017 we finally found a home. It felt strange not meeting with Millie to see homes once we settled on a home. Her input as an interior decorator def makes her more valuable bc she helped us visualize different spaces and how they could work for us. I don’t feel all realtors could do that. Also the first thing that came to mind is I just felt like she was always 100% ON. She reacted quickly and I’m sure a lot of realtors think they do but I was always confident she was aggressive. I also greatly appreciated her suggestion on putting in offers. When we put offers in I felt like we actually had a running chance at these homes especially since I know we were in a very competitive price range.
